Proof That They Are Fraudsters

So this is a dispute about me and the Malta First Car Hire. But who is right and who is wrong? In this page I have the proof:

1. The scratch is marked in the vehicle inspection sheet

Here there is the vehicle inspection sheet that shows the damage:

2. I had a full excess waiver insurance.

So I had a Full Damage Waiver Insurance. I was covered by 100% of any damage! The only thing I had to do is to call them and tell them that there is a scratch.

3. There are no Car Mechanic Details

Malta First Car Hire is a rental agency right? So they would have to take the car in a mechanic to fix it. Then how come there is not an invoice from the car workshop that fixed the car and there is only their own invoice. Although I asked for the details of the car mechanic I was never given any information. Who fixed the car then? They fixed it themshelves? Hmmmm.....

4. According to their own terms is normal wear and tear

If somebody reads the second last sentence on the Vehicle Inspection Sheet above you will see this:
"Light and hardly visible scratches/damages are absorbed by the company as wear and tear and are not to be marked"
Well this is a hardly visible damage and it is marked on the Inspection Sheet. Then how come they charge me for this????

5. Petty VAT and Fuel Fraud.

When I booked the car the price was 31.50€. In their website on the terms it states that VAT is included. However they still charged me for the VAT on top of the price that I booked and the Insurance.
Their fuel policy states that "We operate a prepaid fuel policy whereby cars are supplied with a half or full  tank of fuel. Renters are advised to return vehicles empty as no refunds are given for unused fuel at the end of the rental."
still in the invoice they charge me for 10€ for fuel

Their terms can be found here
